video, we can’t return videos sent in to us.
You must first notify the video post department
prior, by email, to sending your video for a Video
Post Number. This WDEVN VP Number will allow us to
quickly identify you and post your video. You must
also fill out and send the WDEVN Video Program Consent Form
along with your
video. No content will be accepted without the
WDEVN Video Program Consent Form or WDEVN VP
Number. Please insure that you
own full rights to any video you send in.
It’s a fun environment to show off your feelings, life and ideas to the world. We will organize the content we receive to be easily accessed. All uploaded materials will first be previewed to insure the materials meet the listed guidelines and posted in a timely fashion. Rights to the videos sent to us are owned by the sender of the video. Not WDEVN.
2. What video content and formats will be accepted?
Currently we can accept a limited range of formats. At this moment we can accept video files sent in the
following formats: AVI, MiniDv, DVCAM, VHS and
SVHS.
All video content is to be previewed prior to posting. All content to be posted must not be more than

Upon receiving your VP Number fill
out and send us the WDEVN Video Program Consent Form
and send us your video along with your VP Number to
the address listed on the form. No content will be accepted without
the WDEVN Video Program Consent Form or WDEVN VP Number. Please insure that you own full rights to the video(s) you send in. If we are unable to accept your video, we will notify you of the fact.
3. Once previewed and accepted, how will video(s) sent be viewed?
Currently most videos will be encoded in the Windows Media Streaming Format at 128 Kbps to 300 Kbps. People wishing to view the video on-line are required to download and install the latest
.
4. When will my video(s) be posted on WDEVN and what will be done with it?
We will try to post your video as soon as its content is previewed and cleared for posting. Keep in mind that most materials will have to be encoded for digital viewing and this can take time. The usual posting time, once a video file is reviewed and cleared for viewing, is about
10 working days. If your video was sent to us in the VHS or SVHS format, the encoding and posting process will take longer.
After your submitted video is previewed and approved, we’ll send you an email message notifying you that your video has been approved and posted as well as where to view your video.
Videos send to WDEVN will be posted for an indefinite time. This time is usually not less than a month. If at anytime you need to have your video removed from WDEVN, please notify the video post department by email.
It’s easy. Just follow the instructions
as described above. We can't guarantee that all videos will be included in WDEVN Video. The content
may be reviewed prior to being made available online. Please be assured that we'll notify you if we cannot use the content you submit.
2. Can website users view media I submitting via my website?
At this time, no. Web users will
ONLY be allowed to view submitted media video via our video interfaces.
3. Are there any time limits on submitted videos?
At this moment, videos sent to WDEVN are limited to a maximum play time / air time of
10 minutes.
4. Can media be sent electronically?
At this time, media will only be accepted by
surface mail. In the near future we hope to activate an electronic upload system
for VP Number holders.
If you need to have any video you sent removed from our site please
notify
the Video Post Department by email and request what media you sent needs to be removed.
6. What happens to information I submit about myself when submitting a video?
All information about yourself send
in to WDEVN stays with WDEVN
and God. We will not sell any information about you
to any club, company, group, organization or
country.
1. Do I retain copyrights and other legal rights to my videos?
100% Yes! You will still hold all rights to your content. WDEVN doesn’t assume any copyright to the media you sent.
2. What is your policy on copyright infringement?
WDEVN will always abide by international copyright laws and the rights of copyright holders and publishers. Anyone submitting video(s) or other media must have the full rights of any media they
wish to have posted. If copyrighted material is found to be used in posted media, it’s our policy to question the sender of the media and remove it from our posting. If you believe that submitted
media has been posted please notify the video post department.
The upload program will be for users who
already have a VP number. This will allow a VP Number
holder to submit videos electronically to WDEVN, as long as
the VP Number holder owns the necessary rights (including copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, and any other relevant rights for your content). Just sign up for an account and use our upload tool to send your videos to WDEVN.
You won't see your videos on WDEVN Video immediately. Videos may not be posted if they're not approved or if we're unable to accept the format.
